WANDERING THOUGHTS

Humans get impressioned by a lot of things...things that are seen...that are heard...that are read....and most importantly that are thought conciously or unconciously...though a lot of cases thought is defined by what we see, hear, read, observe, feel, intuite or even at times blabber...this is what my blog is all about...its a simple collation of my wandering thoughts occuring at various points of my journey called life....It may make sense to you....seem absurd...but I am what I am...Feel free to comment...respond...quarrel and infact I am more than happy to know more about me through your views on my thoughts...YO BABY YO

What is management? Answer from one of those amazing consultants...(yeah...the consultant word is misused more times than the number of times sun has ever risen in the east...so WAT?)!!!!

******The hero of the Scene...A senior manager...top level executive...reporting relationship goes close to CxO

Scene 1: With his direct reportees.....

"cmon guys...dont give me these 'flexibility', 'global' terms to bring problems...meet the dates and gimme sumthing that works...make it inflexible where forced to"

Scene 2: To all and sundry in the line and file

"global, flexible...thats what we are known for..."

But yeah...as one other friend said....The Show Must Go On folks...life keeps rocking.... *****
